FirstCry.com recommends that Participants read these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") carefully prior to entering this contest. By entering this Contest an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Terms & Conditions
Contest Qualification Criteria:

A participant should do atleast one completed purchase transaction from 2nd July, 2018 to 8th July, 2018, 9th July, 2018 to 15th July, 2018, 16th July, 2018 to 22nd July, 2018 & 23rd July, 2018 to 31st July, 2018 to be eligible for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th weeks’ contest respectively. Cancelled or Returned transactions will not be considered as a Completed Transaction.

A participant should Shop at FirstCry.com and Upload his/her kiddo's picture with his/her favourite toy in the Memories Section of FirstCry Parenting via Firstcry App from 23rd July '18 to 31st July '18.
Contest Prizes:

iPad distribution process will be directly communicated to the Lucky Winners of each week separately via their registered email id.

FirstCry.com Vouchers worth Rs.1000 each, will be distributed to 10 Lucky Winners every week via their registered email id. Voucher T&C will apply.

A qualified participant is eligible for only one Contest prize at a time.

This Activity will be open to all registered account holders ("Participants") subject to the applicable terms and conditions of FirstCry.com, or otherwise. This contest is open to Indian residents only. Entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.

Employees, officers and directors of FirstCry.com and its agencies, affiliates, their immediate family members (Parents, spouse, siblings and children) and persons living in the same household of such employees/ officers/directors, are not eligible to participate.

Winners will be declared based in a Lucky Draw from the list of all participants who qualify the contest criteria.

FirstCry.com will declare the winners by 15th September, 2018, tentatively on Shop, Participate & Win contest page. Winners will be communicated through emails. FirstCry.com’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Contest will be final and binding, and no correspondence or discussions shall be entered into
- Scope of liability of FirstCry.com: FirstCry.com cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Eligible Participants entering into the Contest. FirstCry.com shall not be responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any network lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the Participant or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Contest. FirstCry.com shall not be liable for any damages or losses to the participants or any third person in relation to the Entries. By virtue of entering the contest, the Eligible Participant shall be deemed to agree, affirm and declare that the Eligible Participant shall indemnify and hold harmless FirstCry.com, its affiliates, employees, directors, agents and other personnel against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (including attorney's fees) which may be raised by any third party. Regardless of the merits of any such claim by a third party, FirstCry.com shall be entitled to proceed on the basis that the Entry breaches these Terms and Conditions and may proceed against the Eligible Participant as per legal remedies available. In the event that a selected Entry is shortlisted and/or wins, and is later on challenged by a third party, FirstCry.com shall have the right to disqualify the Eligible Participant from participating in this Contest any further.
- Data Protection / Privacy Policy: The Eligible Participant is deemed to be providing personal information (as required) to FirstCry.com. The Eligible Participant hereby warrants that all the information submitted is true, current and complete. FirstCry.com reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Eligible Participants. The Eligible Participant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of such personal information by FirstCry.com for purposes of this Contest. The Eligible Participant shall be deemed to be familiar with FirstCry.com's privacy policy and user agreement. The event organizer is committed to keep all participants FirstCry.com account, personal information and other sensitive data in the strictest confidence.
- Schedule: The FirstCry Shop, Participate & WinContest hosted by FirstCry.com will be held from 2nd July, 2018 to 31st July, 2018. Results for the Contest will be announced by 15th September, 2018, tentatively. FirstCry.com reserves the right to extend the Contest deadline at its discretion. If there is a revision, the revised date will be published on the same Contest landing page and all further days for winners will be postponed accordingly.
- Winning: The decisions made by such jury panel with respect to the Winners shall be final and binding in all respects and no correspondence and discussions shall be entered into.
- Decision of FirstCry.com shall be final and binding, no correspondence shall be entertained.
- The Winners shall be contacted by FirstCry.com via email provided by the Eligible Participant and shall be informed accordingly. The email sent by FirstCry.com or FirstCry.com shall have instructions on the further process required to be adhered to by the Winner(s).
- In the event the Winner(s) fails to adhere to the instructions, that Winner's selection shall be invalidated and FirstCry.com shall not be liable to that Winner(s) in any manner whatsoever and may, at its sole discretion, select another Winner(s). Contest organizers shall make a total of 2 (two) attempts to contact the Winner as mentioned above.
- In the event that the selected winner cannot be reasonably contacted within 15 days from the date of announcement of the winner, he/she will be disqualified and will not be entitled to any compensation notwithstanding non-receipt of notification hereunder and intimation of selection of an alternative winner by FirstCry.com.
- Eligible Participants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible to be shortlisted. FirstCry.com shall not be held responsible for ineligible Entries or Entries fraudulently made by the Eligible Participant. Proof of age or eligibility is required.
General Rules:

Winner agrees to cooperate with FirstCry.com in fulfilling any legal obligation (if applicable).

The Winners will be required to furnish valid, government-issued photo identification and other documentation as required. If these documents are not furnished within the time specified, or if notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if the potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, an alternate Winner will be selected. By their Entry, Eligible Participants are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and that the decisions of the judges and FirstCry.com are final and binding in all respects. FirstCry.com reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Eligible Participant has breached any of the terms and conditions set out herein.
- If, for any reason, the Contest (in whole or in part) is not capable of running by reason of damage by computer virus, worms, fraud, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical or system limitations or failures, acts of God or terrorist attacks, hacking, or any other causes which prevents the participant to participate in this Contest, FirstCry.com shall not be responsible for the same. FirstCry.com and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, invalid, corrupted or garbled entries, all of which shall be deemed to be void. FirstCry.com and its agencies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or jumbled, scrambled transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the website of FirstCry.com or program/programming error or failure, or failure to capture any Entry information.
- Winning entries are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or payment of accounts and may be subject to availability.
- FirstCry.com reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify entries, without assigning any reason or giving prior notification to the Participants.
- All taxes will be borne by the winner.
- FirstCry.com reserves the rights to change, amend, delete or add to these terms and conditions of this event without prior notice. It will be the duty of the Participants to check the campaign site from time to time for any updates/amendments/modifications etc. FirstCry.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered by the Participants (without limitation, indirect or consequential loss, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive damages howsoever caused, including, but not limited to, business interruption or loss of profits, business opportunities, or goodwill arising hereunder even if notified of the possibility of such damage, and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any remedy), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Participants taking part in or winning, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- By registering for the event, the participant agrees to receive any communications in relation to herein in accordance with the applicable law.
- By entering the Contest, the participant agrees that in the contest that the participant is selected as a winner, the participant will make themselves available for reasonable publicity purposes related to the event and that (without limiting its rights), FirstCry.com may conduct interviews and take photographs to be used for such publicity purposes and publication by FirstCry.com as it deems necessary.
- All logos, trade mark and copyrights in relation herein shall be the sole property of FirstCry.com or its licensors, as the case maybe.
- Failure by FirstCry.com to enforce any of its right hereunder does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Eligible Participants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them while entering this Contest.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune.
